Since 2018 we have been bringing the aromas of a unique land to the tables of our consumers. We are producers of spices and herbal teas. We are located on the south-eastern side of the Etna Park. We produce, even organically.

I have always been a keen observer. That's how I learn. I love all kinds of culture and I try to apply what I learn to my life and my work.
Etna is the place where I live and work, and it is also a guiding principle for me.
I have a degree in Food Science and Technology and in 2018 I founded Sari-Azienda Agricola. I am also a PhD student, studying food marketing and consumer behavior.
I love finding new and creative ways to package herbal teas and spices.
I am always looking for the latest trends in the global herbs and spices market and I observe what consumers are buying.
