The name,
a territory
Sari was born in 2018 in Trecastagni, on Etna’s south-eastern slope, from the idea of turning botanical culture into a business able to produce, innovate and build relationships. The name recalls lava-stone rocks: fragments of land that hold memory, resilience and possibility. Today Sari is an Agricultural Company s.r.l. Benefit Corporation. The new structure ensures continuity with what we began in the fields and makes clearer our commitments to agricultural supply chains, people, the environment, research and the territory.
Sari Space
Among Etna’s crops, the aromatic trails and the landscape surrounding the farm, Spazio Sari is the place where our agricultural work opens up to people. Here botanicals are not just ingredients, but become an opportunity for discovery, listening and sharing. Through tastings, workshops, meditations, sensory experiences and seasonal events, we guide guests in getting to know the plants, their aromas and the work that comes before every Sari product. Spazio Sari also hosts private gatherings, presentations, workshops and activities for companies, designed to encourage dialogue, wellbeing and the building of authentic relationships. It is a space to enjoy slowly, where the land becomes part of the meeting and nature offers a different way to be together, learn and imagine new collaborations.
